Great korean fried chicken location up North! Got the original chicken, spicy drumsticks, and bulgogi fries. The chicken was delicious and the fries are one of the best you can get in Calgary. The store is smaller than the the kensington location and only has a few tables at the moment due to Covid, so is more of a takeout location for now. Patio is fairly large.
They make really nice chicken. Service was great. Good atmosphere. Highly recommended
Came back to the newest Wow Chicken in Country Hills & we loved it just as much as the first time! I saw quite a few Google reviews saying that their portions were too small & their wait times were too long, but they must have taken the feedback well because we didn't have any issues at all! All the chicken we ordered was boneless, so we thought the portions were excellent for the price & we left completely stuffed with lots of leftovers! The chicken was so juicy, perfectly cooked & not greasy at all. We tried cheese fries for the first time & we liked them just as much as the bulgogi ones too! Our server was also super friendly & kind so we will definitely be back soon!
The chicken was really crispy and the sweet sauce really brought out the flavour! The customer service was 10/10, we were given extra fries for return a pair of keys, and the cashier made sure to check on us outside. Keep up the great work!
This is one of my favorite places to go for fried chicken. Ive been here many different occasions and both the sweet and garlic soy flavors for chicken are the best. The fries are great but I don't really like the bulgogi seasoning as it makes it a little too salty for me. The texture of the fried chicken is one of the best, it's crispy and the meat is so juicy on the inside, never dry. And you can even choose from boneless, drumsticks, or wings which makes it great for your preference.
The best Korean Fried Chicken restaurant in Calgary! The chicken tastes great and is affordable for the amount that you get. I ordered full size of the original chicken, but they gave me an extra piece to compensate for a small piece. Crunchy chicken after long time sitting out. Very friendly staff and great customer service!
I have always been a fan of crispy chicken but with WOW chicken experience! I would definitely says every bite the word "WOW" because it really describes the quality of the crispy chicken they got. Order a full size of season mix and you will not regret it and just thank me later! Visit them and try it for yourself
Yummy! Delicious and lots of food! WOW Chicken is amazing. Check out my photos of 2 of their popular dishes, Chicken & Rice and the Chicken on a bun. Fries were excellent. You can't go wrong with this.
